    Hi I have a question
    I have a phobia about talking to people on the phone
    There is only 6 numbers in my mobile I mostly txt on the phone and never answer unknown numbers
    my boss 2ants me to hold the work phone and take any messages and then call someone else and pass messages on I have said no and explained the reason only to be told if I don't perform thus reasonable request I will face a disciplinary hearing what can I do about this .
