Small family run business.
The boss is a very nasty chap and very difficult to deal with.
One he has in the past refused to pay staff for bank holidays if they take too much time off sick; is that legal.
Secondly he has been using CCTV to spy on employees instead of using them to monitor for theft of materials.
Are the above legal?
My husband might have to take 7 days off sick due to injuring his wrist, he's worried the boss will refuse him his next bank holiday.
