  • Respondent solicitor change after 18 months?

My case has been on going for 18 months but all of a sudden the respondent has changed solicitors. Some of the information on my old case file sent to the previous solicitor has been acted upon.

Is there any reason a corporate company would change solicitors? Apparently they did not even have my contact information which was shocking.

The obvious one is that they are costing the 'corporate company' fees, but are getting nowhere with the case. A new look at the case with 'fresh eyes'.
