ET Judgement contains copy paste of witness statements from other side

I have a question about an ET judgement.

I was wondering about grounds for appeal on my case, but it seems it's not going to get answered, so I'd prefer not to leave too many details online.

You can appeal within 42 days of the judgement day.
The grounds of your appeal might be the court did not apply the right law, did not follow the correct procedure, had no evidence to support their decision or were biased towards the other party.

Before you appeal you need to ask the court for their full written reasons for the judgement to be sent to you if you don't have them already.

The first thing you can do, if you are in the timescale which is within 14 days of the date on which the written record, or other written communication, of the original decision was sent to you or within 14 days of the date that the written reasons were sent (if later) make an application for reconsideration. This should be sent in writing, copied to the other parties, and it should detail why reconsideration of the original decision is necessary.

If you are outside that time then as Law Student 7 says you have up to the 42nd day after the date on which the ET sent you the judgment, decision, direction or order.
