    Job offer withdrawal

    I applied and interviewed for position in the company I currently work for.

    I received a telenovela call today from one manager offering me the position which I accepted. There should be a recording of this call on the company phone system which I have requested.

    Around 2 hours later a different manager called to say this job offer was made in error.

    would this count as a breach of contract?

    I would suggest that the first thing you need to find out is why the internal job offer was withdrawn within a couple of hours of it being offered to you.
