Hi, I have been off sick due to work related stress. I have less than 2 years service.
Whilst I was off sick, i informed my employer that I have dyslexia (which is a protected under the Equality Act 2010)
Their absence policy is very vague.
What does the law say in terms of bringing me back to work.
Is there a process they must follow?
