Colleague Caught Kissing Another Colleague

A colleague of mine has been caught on cctv kissing a female colleague on work premises. They have only spoken to him so far and will likely have a more formal conversation with him today.

He’s terrified they’ll sack him. They pulled them both in a few weeks back and warned them both against starting a relationship with a work colleague as something was clearly blossoming. This video pre dates that meeting and they have since knocked it on the head.

is dismissal likely? He’s also the top performer on the sales team. My opinion is that right now they need him as in Q1 he more than doubled the sales numbers of the second best performer.

Weirdly it seems to have been a bit of a fishing trip by the General Sales Manager.

My colleague asked to see the video before he would discuss the matter and it turns out there is no video.

The two managers who have spoken to my colleague do seem to have a bit of an obsession with the female colleague.
