    Employment tribunal - agreed statement of facts?

    Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well!

    I have a question regarding a Case Management Order we've been given to produce an 'Agreed Statement of Facts'.

    I have some questions:

    1) What exactly needs to be included in this document?
    2) How should it be laid out?

    This is a document that sets out all the facts and aspects of the case that both parties can agree on.

    At the head of the first page needs to be the details of the Tribunal where the case is being heard, the case number and the full details of the respondent and the claimant. Underneath that information the agreed upon facts need to be listed in date order of their occurrence and set out in numbered bullet points.
