    Looking for some advice
I was signed off work by my DR at the end of January 2020 due to health problems.
I have been employed with my company for over 20 years.
Due to my health problems and age i am more suceptical to the covid virus.
After a month i was invited to an occupational health at work interview where i met one of there doctors
who agreed i was unfit for work at the present moment.
I have been off work since January and am looking to get back to work.
I had a second interview with occupational health around about July 2020 who agreed i could return to work
under a staggered return to work with certain exceptions.
I also had a fit to work form from the Dr stating the same thing.
These forms were submitted to my company but they deceided to keep me off work with full sick pay as they
beleived my illness needed more looking into.
I have had many tests and scans at the hospital since then but have been willing to return to work.
I had a call from my HR office the other day saying i have run out of sick leave and i have to use the holiday i have
earned over the year which works out about 36/37 days and then they are putting me on ssp.
my question is this.... i have been willing to go back to work but they have stopped me, they decided to pay me sick pay
rather than let me return to work and now they expect me to survive on ssp.
    Any help would be appreciated.
