I was wondering if anyone has any advice for my current situation?
My ex employer and myself had a meeting to discuss my health, before this meeting I sent a detailed email around this and what I wanted to talk about as well as some reasonable adjustments, at the meeting i was made to feel like i was being silly, my employer read the email in front of me and then more or less dismissed it.
She is now saying that she never read the email, although she has admitted receiving the email, she has now stated she never read it and had no idea of my condition. Im sure server records are long gone and she never replied to the email as we were sitting next to each other she she read it.
what is the legal stand point on this?
is there anything i can do?
