Hi,
Need some advice. If I report something on to senior management that I was told in order to help my maternity redundancy case, but was told on condition of anonymity, can my employer demand that I reveal the name of the colleague that informed me?
It says a lot that the senior management are only interested in how I know and not if it’s accurate or not (they haven’t denied it is) but am unsure if by refusing to drop my colleague in it that I may leave myself open to a disciplinary or it may affect my redundancy. They are not nice people and the HR are particularly vindictive.
Many thanks,
Libs.
