My sister was tested positive for covid on Friday, she lives alone with 3 young children.
Late Friday night she called me very distressed so I went ( her children were in bed)
I had to help her , we social distanced she went upstairs and I had to sort thing out downstairs. I wore glove and opened windows. After a couple of hours I left.
I then took a test on Sunday which was negative.
I told my employer the truth but because I'm now isolating I'm worried I might be in trouble when I get back to work?

Try not to worry there is nothing you can do at the moment if your employer has not said anything to you about what has happened. If there is anything further then you can always come back to this thread.

In the meantime I wish you well and hope you do not get any symptoms.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

Thankyou, I did not return to work. I isolated straight away. When I spoke to 111, they said I had done the right thing as stated on the NHS website " you can go in for essential care" and my sister needed it.
