At my previous workplace, one of my colleagues treated me very harsh, and eventually managed to get me dismissed from the company, using false accusations. I just wanted to leave the company, didn't think about taking them to court. Managed to find a new workplace, but my old manager disclosed this information to the bullies, who reached after me at my new workplace, contacting my new colleagues, and for months now, this still doesn't stop. What can I do to end this?

Hello, I am sorry to hear that your former colleagues are continuing to harass you and this is something that you should perhaps report to the police if you are concerned about your safety and wellbeing. From an employment law perspective it sounds as though you may be out of time to bring an unfair dismissal claim against your former employer as there are strict time limits in place. You could perhaps speak to a supportive colleague at your new place of work or a manager and ask if your former colleagues could be blocked on the IT system so that they can no longer contact your new colleagues as their behaviour sounds very odd and unreasonable. My name is Paul O'Callaghan. From a police perspective, bullying per se is not unlawful.
However, if it relates to one of the protected characteristics from the Equality Act 2010 then it may be an offence (ie a Hate Crime): https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga...timeline=false
There's also an offence of harassment: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga...timeline=false
Also, if the bully has sent any communication "that is indecent or grossly offensive, threatening, or contains information which is false or believed to be false. The purpose for sending it is to cause distress or anxiety to the person it is sent to" then this too is an offence under the Malicious Communications Act 1988: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga...timeline=false
Depending on the exact circumstances, there is also the possibility of Public Order and breaches of DPA/GDPR offences as well.
