Asking for friend.
Please could you help me to calculate holidays entitlement ideally with formula how to do it.
My friend is working part time(after maternity): 3days Monday-Wednesday.
Before that, she was working full time for over 4y with same company and her entitlement was 24 days plus bank holidays. On gov website there is information that she should have 16 days on minimum entitlement, so assuming that, her should be around 18 days but not sure how to calculate it.
And 2nd question if she is not working on Fridays we are assuming that she is not entitled to substitute day off for Friday bank holiday, which is fine but heard different opinions
She still has got old(full time contract), part time was agreed in person during 'return to work meeting', nothing in writing.
