I have been working as a construction Assessor for 6 months at an FE college through an Agency, Ive been paid based on hours worked with no Bank Holiday or Holiday pay.
Im under the impression that i have certain rights under employment law , but who do i raise the matter with. Is it HR at the college, or my Agency?
