My employer has indicated that the employee representative ballot must be an identified vote, i.e. not anonymous. The complete of the ballot voting paper 'must' put their own name (completers name) on the voting paper. It's actually electronic, but that should make no difference - there are tech mechanisms to force only one vote but remain anonymous.
I was under the impression that it would be anonymous in principle (and automatically so if physical voting paper / ballot box).
As an aside - does on only vote for ONE employee reprsentative?
