Unfairly chosen Furloughed workers by employer during COVID-19

Hi everyone,
So as the recent coronavirus pandemic hit the country, my workplace is also running on low volumes, we now have less work than usual.
My employer recently furloughed a few chosen people. They were sent home and are paid in 100% (80% government, 20% company), but others remain in the positions without any compensation or bonus during these difficult times.
Apart from the fact that this is a very unfair situation, what could i do and what are my rights, what can i expect to a possible outcome if i take further steps?

What is the problem you still have employment and full income?
Why do you feel that you should be compensated because you were not furloughed?

I believe the company should treat everyone equally. In my opinion Its not fair that someone who is not working at all gets the same amount at the end of the month meanwhile im taking the public transportation every day and getting in contact with others, so basically taking more risk.
