Reporting of companies still fetching non essential workers into work

Is there somewhere or someone I should report about a company still having non key workers coming into work during the current climate.
Moreover one of the worrying aspects of this is that it is residential care facility with medically vulnerable residents and the admin person is going around the various locations whilst themselves having a very bad cough which has gone on for a week or so now but has not been treated or tested, that person doing so because they are afraid of losing their job or not being paid.
Is this a matter for the Care Quality Inspectorate or is there a dedicated place to report this?

I am not aware of any central reporting process, so if you are concerned then probably the Care Quality Inspectorate would be the best place to start. They have issued guidelines for community or social care and residential settings so any organisation in that category should be adhering to those guidelines.

If someone is displaying the symptoms of the coronavirus they should self-isolate and they can access SSP from day 1 whilst doing so if they meet the other criteria.*
