I know this is all new for everyone, but I just would like to know where I stand.*
My company ask me to sign agreement that I can be put on furlough, as my contract doesn't covers it.*
I work in a school cafe, and as school was closed we dont have a work. I'm getting paid £13 per hour, 40 hours a week on pro rata basis, not salary.*
My company didn't tell me if they are going to pay only 80% of my wages, which will come from government or they will top it up to 100% pay.*
my questions: Shall I sign such an agreement?*
Shouldn't my pay be calculated differently, as I already earn some money by being pay pro rata?*
Any help would be appreciated please
