Hi everyone I hope this is the right place for this question. I recently left my previous employer and was owed 8.5 day of holiday. I received an email letter today saying that because I owed them 86hrs Of pay from working under my contracted hours the last 4 months they would not be paying this. Is this legal ? Please could someone advise me if I can do anything about this. I also never signed a contract with them.*
