    Deduction from my salary

    Hello. Could anyone advise me?
    Employer wants to deduct 4000 pounds from my salaries during my Garden leave period. 1500 for relocation and 2500 for a training. It means almost I will not receive any salary for 2 months. Is it leagal?

      It will depend on the arrangements that were put in place for both your relocation and the training.

      Was there anything in your contract of employment or other policies such as relocation policy or training policy and any associated agreements you may have signed on these subjects?
