Holiday Entitlement leaving part way through the year

Hello.

I leave my job on the last day of this month (March). I'm a full-time, salaried employee and receive 22 days holiday plus bank holidays per year, running January-December.

I thought I would be entitled to 7.5 days holiday, based on 22+8 = 30/12 = 2.5 x 3 months worked.

My boss is saying that bank holidays don't get accrued, so I'm actually only owed 1.83 days per month, rounded up to 5.5 days.

Is this correct? I have worked here for 2 years if that would make a difference?

How many days holiday including bank holiday days have you had off since 1 Jan (don't forget 1 Jan was a bank holiday)?

If you only had the 1 Jan off then your entitlement to holiday pay for accrued but not taken up to your leaving date is 6.5 days.
