    walked out of job - interfering, suppressive manager (constructive dismissal?) - BUT no pay forthcoming for period worked and refused due holiday pay - what to do? (Scotland)

    thanks for any advice on how to construct letter before action OR letter to get paid?

    I presume you have contacted your now ex-employer in writing to request the monies that you are owed. If not then in the first instance I suggest you do that, just so there is a proof that you have tried to resolve the matter directly with your ex-employer.

    I appreciate you are in Scotland so some employment law is different but I believe like in England you can claim for an unlawful deduction of wages via the Employment Tribunal. So if the direct approach does not work then this would be the next process for you to recover the money owed. T do this you would start by making an application for Early Conciliation via ACAS which you can find at the link below.
