Training Agreement query

Hi,

Last year I signed a taining agreement with the parent company of my company - under the parent companies terms and conditions.


This parent company has since left, and now a new parent company has bought us.


Question: Can the new parent company demand payment for this traning agreement?

Nothing in the agreement mentions my company - it has all of the old parent companies logos and terms and conditions.

If you signed the training agreement with the original parent company then It would be normal that any agreements in place at the time of the transfer would move across to the new parent company. Therefore it is highly likely that the new parent company could request repayment of the training costs in accordance with the original contract.
