Hi am new to this website and am hoping I can get some help. A while a go one of my colleagues took a job in another store and one of the managers had approached me and asked if I would like to take one of the shifts and if I minded to change some hours on another shift. I was over the moon as my contracted hours don’t amount to much.... the manager was going on holiday so it got pout off but they promised that would be done. And now one of my other colleagues has came back from maternity leave and thous hours were given to her and I got sat down after the fact and told I will no longer be needed. I have spoke to the store manager who said they would look in to it but nothing seems to be happening. Is there anything I can do? Thanks
