Hi there, I work in an independent school and am a member of the senior leadership team. *The support staff of which I am one receive 10% employer contribution and the academic staff receive 23.68% employer contribution to the TPS. *It transpires that other support senior colleagues are receiving 23.68% whereas I am not. *I have raised this as inequality but have been told it is historical, the current head was unaware until I raised it, but they will not match it for me as they do not want to set a present and want the practice to die out with these two senior leaders (they are older nearing retirement in next five or so years, I am much younger). *We are the same gender and race for what that is worth. *i don’t want to rock the boat, but feel professionally affronted by this coming to light, further still by a refusal of parity. *Any advice is much appreciated. *Thank you very much in advance.
