    Job offer

    Hi my wife received a job offer and decided to accept, she was led to believe that sooner the better for her to start, so she rang her boss, and asked if she could give only 2 weeks notice rather than 4 and her boss agreed, she now just received a email from company telling her there has been a mix up and don't hand notice in just yet!!!! Please advise

    Did your wife receive the offer in writing and signed her acceptance?

    Has your wife gone back to the new company and explained she has already handed in her notice?
