Morning to all. I was offered voluntary redundancy which they offered something but it may savings may not last in a month. What will be the consequence if I do not accept it? I'm not allowed to go to work after a number of days. What can I do?

Not sure I completely understand your question.
If there is a redundancy consultation in process and they have firstly asked for volunteers then the company should have confirmed the basis of the redundancy calculation in order for anyone considering volunteering to decide whether they would do so or not. Did you agree to be considered for voluntary redundancy? Is it only since you have found out definitely what you would be receiving in redundancy money that you have decided you no longer wish to considering volunteering?
If not get enough staff agree to take voluntary redundancy then the company will have to consider whether it needs to start a compulsory redundancy process.
