    Thank you all for your previous advice.*
    Unfortunately I was delayed somewhat by ill health again. However, I have now entered into a non-disclosure email conversation with my MD and I have attached the emails for reference.
    Basically I just need advice on how to respond to the MD's email.
    Any help would be welcomed
