I'm in tribunal case for constructive dismissal the representative is asking for my new job details and pay do I have to supply these documents

You have an obligation to mitigate your loss. The loss here is the difference in wages between your previous employment and your present employment, plus loss by being unemployed, less any benefits you obtained, due to being unemployed (recoupment will be in play on that last).
It is for you to prove loss to the tribunal, so you are going to have to produce evidence of your earnings from your employment, after leaving the defendant's employ.
The defendant is entitled to set you to your proof of loss and is entitled to any information to do with that,
