I just wrote out a full backstory to my question but my anxiety makes me paranoid about posting it in case it makes it obvious who I am!
Earlier this year I was diagnosed with mild depression and anxiety. Management are aware of this and I had a spell of 12 counselling sessions.
Lately there's been a big push about minimum required activity targets. These were always a general guideline or minimum that existed but there is now talk from management that not being on the phone for X hours per week for consecutive weeks will result in official performance reviews. Our business is not a "telesales" environment and there is often other tasks that take time away from being on the phone.
There's a lot of other things going on at work right now and whilst it shouldn't be too hard for me to hit the minimum time this has been causing me significant anxiety all week.
What kind of reasonable adjustments can be made for a salesperson working in a sales/KPI environment?
