  • Wrong holiday entitlement

    Hi,

I have just found out that for the last 4 years I have I have lost out on 14 days holiday per year due to a management error. I have had this confirmed by my HR who are looking into this. but wanted to know where I stand. over the last 4 years I have had to struggle as I have 3 children and as you can imagine school holidays and illnesses for them alone are a nightmare. in addition to this over the last 4 years I have had to be signed off work twice due to stress which I believe wouldn't of bee the case had I had these extra days.

I was wondering if I am entitled to back pay and or compensation?

    Many Thanks

    Helen

Speak to HR with two options in mind.
    1. Take these days as holiday.
    2. The company buy them off you at standard daily rate.
