Would very much appreciate some advise and information on the following?
I currently applied to register with a Health & Social Care/Education recruitment Agency. As expected this included a DBS (disclosure & Baring Service Application), but it also came with a DBS Risk Assessment Form.
Having looked at the form, it immediately began to raise concerns over its structur, and the information it was designed to collect. It would appear that the form was consciously biased, and could automatically be used to discriminate against persons with convictions, even if they were not relevant to the job being applied for?
I have attached the forms in question. Could any one please advise, make observationss, or comments?
