Hi anyone can help me please to be very kind my husband have suspended from job and investigation going on him he took some damage garments without permission and he caught on camera we are so worried as I have 7 month baby too did they charge for jail or Court as it’s a big company -
Please try not to worry.
At the moment your husband has been suspended from work whilst they carry out an internal investigation. The result of which will be either they will not proceed with any further action or they may decide to start a disciplinary process. If this is the case your husband will be sent a letter detailing the allegations together with any supporting evidence in this case it may be the camera footage, it will detail what disciplinary action may be taken, and allow him to have a union rep or work colleague to go with him.
Hopefully they will just treat this internally and leave it at that and not decide to file a police report.

They already done disciplinary meeting and he admires all and he is very guilty for it now they said they need to investigation more we are so worried and he is in so much depration and so much worried for my 7 month baby .Comment

So what was the outcome of the disciplinary? Was it that they need to investigate more given what he said at the meeting or have they decided on some kind of disciplinary action.
I appreciate it is hard and you must both be very worried but it may be a good thing they are further investigating.

They haven’t taken any action yet they said they will be investigate and call you on Friday we don’t know if they are going to report police

I am sorry to say but it sounds like you will need to wait to Friday to find out what kind of action they are going to take. Hopefully it may just be some form of disciplinary action without them then reporting the matter to the police.
