Employent Tribunal Disability Discrimination
Good morning I am looking to see if it is possible to get help with my employment tribunal for disability discrimination, failure to provide reasonable adjustment,Bullying,harrasment and vitimisation
I am Dyslexic,Autistic, Have chronic asthma and ADHD I've been with my current employer from 2013. I have been suspened recently, this was done with out following proper procedure, this was as a result of something accuring because of my disability, i went through a disaplinary and this was done again with out following policy. I am will to answe any question and provide more information,
I work for the NHS, i have no way of funding a solicitor
