Hi
I work for a company in the car industry (self driving AI) where I believe the directors have carried out fraud and that the company is now under HMRC investigation
I wish to move as I no longer wish to work for the directors or the company.
I have a non compete that states that I cant work for a direct competitor for 12 months.
Were in a niche small industry with 5 competitors
Would the non compete still stand in the event of the directors carrying out a wrongful act, and the HMRC investigation being the reason i want to leave?
Thanks in advance
Mike
