  • Notice given, no more remote working

    Hi all,

Hoping somebody can give me advice on where I stand legally in the situation I am currently in.

I've been working remotely for my current company and I have recently given notice.

Since doing this, my employer has requested that I no longer work remotely, and work 100% from the company office.

In my contract, there is nothing stating I work remotely. However my offer letter (just an email) does state the remote working.

If I were to refuse to work from the office for the remainder of my notice period, could the company take me to court?

    Thanks for all your advice!
