I'm currently on maternity and going through a redundancy consolation. In short, there's a team of three people, 2 part time and 1 full time. (I'm part time and on maternity). The company are keeping one full time role open, but having read through ACAS it suggest the person on maternity receives priority for some reason.
Can anyone advise please?
