I am currently suspended from work but HR can't tell me if it is gross misconduct or a serious allegation until the investigation is complete - is this right? I would have expected they would be need to know this to be able to suspend me for it.
HR didn't know the answer and couldn't explain anything, i have been told I just have to wait until the investigation is complete. Is there anything I can do?
