I sent out two letters to clients, I put the wrong letter in the wrong envelope, I’ve now been called to a disciplinary meeting for breaching data protection and both the clients have complained, no investigation has been carried out with me just others in the office, I’m happy to admit this is a mistake on my part but don’t want to be sacked. I’ve worked for the company 9 months.
this is really worrying me, its unlike me to make a mistake like this.
