Situation where a compromise agreement without prejudice has been offered as the direction of the team is changed/changing. Not a redundancy as I think they want to bring in someone else. What questions should I ask as this is does not have the same structure as a redundancy. Secondly my performance has been solid and nothing has been raised formally before by HR/reviews nor has there been a chance to retrain or develop required skills.
I am not sure I want to hang around when not wanted and they want to press on with their work.
