  • Fellowship

I wanted to ask Your opinion, and if possible get advice or Yours vision of the situation on the next issue.

The non-governmental organizations sometimes announce the fellowship programs. These non- governmental organizations form their own selection process of the participators of the fellowship programs, whose agreed to been a candidats. In whole, selection program depends on the subject of activity of the above-mentioned organizations. As a rule, these organizations set their own selection rules without significant specifics and methods for evaluating candidates, their work, etc.
Also, such fellowship programs doesn't have clear eligibility standarts. The rights of the future program participants may sometimes be violated by management (the commission to determine the winners). In general, the national legislation does not regulate the terms of scholarship selection conducted by non-governmental organizations.

Do you support the idea of creating a pact in the national law or the idea of creating the pact at the international level that could set specific selection standards, common rights and obligations, model regulations, parties' responsibilities, etc.?

Did you thought about changing school? I think one of the most important thing is to keep your daughter interes in an education and school activities. More important is to save her from asking people to make her paper work or skipping classes, then to win this argue vs school.
