Good morning
i I was an Orbit Energy customer until they went bust. I had a dispute open with them before they went bust. All correspondence and bills/statements were through their app and website which I cannot get access to. I was transferred to Scottish Power as a supplier of last resort and have been with them ever since.
I received this letter from TM Legal. This is the only letter I have ever received and have lived at the same address since October 2004. Is this a letter before claim as it does not state this or provide any breakdown of charges etc that I thought were required. It does have a reply.
I am now receiving calls, texts and emails (my private email address I never give to business just family) from TM Legal. As I would only deal with an issue like this via letter I have blocked them is this advisable.
