Letter before claim - CST LAW - Parking charges on company car

Hi there,

Would be very greatful if i could get some advice please.

I have received a letter before claim from CST Law for Anchor security t/a care parking. Its for a £160 for a parking ticket that was apparently issued in may 2021.
Not sure if this makes any difference, but the car is a company car, I do vaguely remember parking at the car park in Stockport that they are claiming I parked but I can't remember receiving anything until the LBA.

The issue date on the LBC is 20th November so I'm running short of time.

How should i respond?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
