How to apply to have a statutory demand for payment set aside.

Hi,
I’ve received a statutory demand for payment and want to make an application to have it set aside, but am currently struggling with how to fill in the form (IAA). I have looked at the guidance on Gov.uk, which is completely unintelligible. Is there anywhere which gives simple advice on filling this form in?
If anyone knows, I’d be very grateful for some advice!
