Letter before claim

Hi. I worked at Boots and was caught using customers points (Ł52) and did a displinary hearing etc etc on which they dissmissed me without notice. This was may. Forward to tofay where I received a letter before claim, asking for Ł450 for eyewitness, cctv money.

should i be paying this back to the RLP when they didn't tell me beforehand that I would have to pay for their expenses?

If it's RLP then just ignore.

Post up a redacted copy of the letter please. Is it really a letter before claim
