So I received a "service" but was not told before of the price of this service, I assumed it would of been a normal consultation fee of around £50, instead it was nearly £400. The consultation lasted no more than 20 minutes and I do not think it was worth it in the slightest. I was told DURING the consult how much it would cost.
I never received a bill or an invoice before, during or immediately after the consultation. I received an invoice a few weeks later, in the post.
I now have a LBA from their DCA outfit. I've send a DSAR to the claimant and intend to respond to the DCA's LBA exactly on the 28th day, advising that they are in breach of the Bills of Exchange act and therefore have no valid claim against me. Thoughts?
