Hi,
I have received a letter before action that does not have a reply form enclosed and I知 wondering if this is valid?
This is regarding a debt I知 disputing with a Ltd company. We are both in England. The letter was sent by debt guard solicitors and looks to be a 」2 template that they send.
The title is Letter Before action and the text is:
We have been instructed by our client to revert to you for payment of their outstanding account in the sum of
」206.00.
It is our duty to advise you that unless our client receives payment of the outstanding debt within 7 days of this letter, it is our intention to issue legal proceedings against you. Those proceedings will include recovery of the principal debt along with all costs, interest and court fees that we incur and action may commence without further notice to you.
How should I respond?
many thanks!
