  • Gladstone’s solicitors letter

I am wondering if you guys can help.

I received this letter from Gladstone solicitors saying I must pay £160 for a parking offence I don’t believe I have received.

is it one of those letters I ignore or does it need my attention?

    what should I do next?

Gladstones are being naughty again and not giving the required 30 days as required by Pre Action Protocol

This is Gladstones saying they are going to take you to court if they don't hear from you. Would be silly to ignore.

So a SAR request to the parking company requesting all documents they hold about you

Letter to the solicitor complaing about ther failure to give 30 days to respond as required by Pre action protocol.

You tell them that this is the first you have heard about this matter so you require that they send you copies of all documents they will be requiring in court in order to narrow the issues between you.

What was that copy of a letter they sent you?
