Re: HELP - County Court Claim Form from Lowell Portfolio I Ltd/Cohen Cramer Solicitor

Today I received an official letter from the court. The letter stated:

"Upon the Claimant notifying the Court with Notice of Discontinuance
    IT IS ORDERED THAT:
    1. The trial listed on 14 March 2017 is vacated."

I suppose that means its official and will no longer go to court now. I'm still a bit confused on how to get this taken off my credit report? I will give it another few weeks and then I will contact Lowell and harass them like they harassed me!

Thank you so much to everyone who helped out if it wasn't for this blog I would have not known what to do I was honestly so worried about the whole thing. It's sad to think that there are people out there who are probably paying money that they don't even owe just because they are being bullied into it by companies like this.
